I work mainly in collage and ceramic sculpture, as well as creating functional decorative ceramics.

My ceramic art tends to take a peculiar look at the famous and infamous with oddball, humorous sculptures. My collage artwork uses photomontage to create absurd, comical and unconventional pictures and scenes

I have been told my brain is weird and amazing. I would postulate that it is possibly a befuddled cesspit of angst, anger, playfulness and cynicism with a healthy dose of the absurd. When I let my imagination loose it can lead to creating artwork that often gives rise to the question Why? “Why are those women riding a pineapple? Why does that man have a flower for a head? Why have you made that person as a dog?” My answer is often a simple “Why not?”

I exhibit regularly in exhibitions local to Lincolnshire. Further afield my art has been selected for the ING Discerning Eye, John Ruskin Prize, Wells Art Contemporary, SAA Artists of the Year and VAA International Online.
